Too bad Andrew, John Terry is out also, but the car is available in Oroville. Dana Prater is in, I believe only one Erickson, so it looks like 11 cars at this time. Haven't heard from Jay West or Mike Keller, they may show up. |

I won't be able to get my car ready in time. My tranny is still down in sac and if i put the engine into the race car i have to update the seat belt harness and that would take all my money to get there and run. I hate to miss this race as its close but hope to make Redding. Anyone in sac have an extra slant car i could run? TF |

I may make it with the duster! I went on a tangent tearing into all three A bodies i have and now have a tranny and the long block in the car just need to do some minor stuff and it should run. I have my faith put on an unknown converter as my mid west 3k is with the tranny at the shop in sac. I'll help out where i can slantscamp, Unless somthing is really wrong i won't touch my car during a racing event so i'm open some trouble shooting. Keep your fingers crossed for me i'd hate to just spectate this one... TF |

Let Sergio know yesterday that I would be working which is where I am sitting right now. Will be back in tomorrow. I was looking forward to another 60 seconds or so of fun. |

Sorry I didn't show up to the after-party, but I got into a project, one thing led to another, and then it was 9:00. Had a good time at the races though. |

How about a report on what happened at Sacramento? How many cars? How did the eliminations progress? Who won? Did Guzzi bring his car and how fast did it go? Faraway racers want to know. |

Ok, here's what I know for sure. First round, I won over David Rudd (the two Wilton boys). I believe Sergio won over Aaron in the first round. Sergio won over me in the second round when I red lighted. Sergio went on to the final with Glen Terry and Glen came out the winner. PJ developed some kind of Gremlin and did not run. I was sorry to see that. I just love that Demon. Not sure what the others did against each other but let it be known that Marc Guzzi is officially nicknamed the '12 second kid' even though he never hit 12 seconds. Well, 13.09 is still pretty good isn't it? |

That would be a 13.009.wanted a 12.99 but just missed it ,then drove 400 miles home on highway 99 so had to look at those 99 highway signs every mile, we should have taken the 5,Guzzi Mark |

I stand corrected. A 13.009. Marc, I really appreciate your sense of humor. We had many good laughs whilst downing some Becks and Heiniken and Bud Light. Your always welcome at my place. And for those of you who didn't know, Sergio is a pool shark! |
