That's neat, your truck came with the little storage box above the A/C controls. Mine just has one of those big plastic covers with the fake louvers molded into it. |

thanks. Thats actually the dash from a Ram with the Royal trim package, which is why it has the fake wood grain. but its not big enough to put anything else in. |

Ross nice truck and you are really making it yours, it is interesting to see the progress did yours come with a front sway bar? My 83 did not, but I found one at the pull a part,, have not put it on yet, but looks to be a straight bolt on. I have also found a rear sway bar,, believe it is an after market piece as its the only one I have seen. regards DT |

Mine didn't come with a swaybar either. Hitting the offramp usually involves bracing my leg against the door panel so I don't get smushed up against the door. |

Yeah mine has a sway bar. It corners fairly good for a big old truck. |

Wow its been a long time since ive updated this thread. No i didnt die, just havent posted in awhile but have done a lot to my truck since i last posted. hmm lets go back a bit. After i got my fans on i realized i needed something better to mount my switches on, so i made a center console. Not the best but i used what i had at the time. ![]() ![]() Switches are; Top left: Coil. Top middle: cooling fans. Top right: air compressor for onboard air system. Bottom left: under dash lights to light floor. Bottom middle: 12 volt outlet. Bottom right: aftermarket gauges and heater. Bedlined floor and back wall ![]() ![]() led strips in gauge cluster ![]() ![]() wheeling in the snow in mt hood, yes wheeling my 2wd, it does amazing in the snow... with 600lbs of snow in the bed and aird down tires ![]() ![]() Trying my buddies 32's on and jack the truck up to about where it will be when im done. Yes im lifting my 2wd, its called a prerunner and i like it. ![]() relocated my horns under my new diamond plate box ![]() took the vc off to clean and paint it and replace the gasket. id say that doesnt look too bad for 196k miles ![]() And my brush gaurd with my docked bumper. when i get more tube i will add to the gaurd and make skid plates and ditch the bumper. ![]() ![]() Ive been thinking two tone with black and sublime green

Looking good. You need some furry leopard print material to cover that fiberglass console, though. |

Its not fiberglass. The sides are pieces of 2x4 screwed together and the top is plywood all of which I had lying around. |

What's the compressor for? Just incase, or do you have airbags? or something else...? Looking good! |

On board air system. I have air tools in case something happens when im out on trails with friends and for my air horns. Those horns take lots of air to sound. |
