I have an 82 D-150 also
. Once I get my car straightend out I will begin the engine swap on it. For now I am just collecting parts.

Oddest thing about my truck, i dont know about the areas wheere you are all from but down here in houston i have the only stepside dodge around, |( i take it back, theres one in the junkyard that i want to buy as a parts truck mainly for the tailgate and Lf fender.) Yes it has the leaning tower of power, the engine brackets and pulleys etc are all being painted right now, i plan on building another slant for it for strip/pissing honda's off. and rebuilding the slant i have for when the other grenades and just alternate lol but from what all the old timers around here tell me, you cant kill a slant. Lean burn ignition will soon be out as well as the stock one barrel intake, i will probably buy the clifford hyperpak and get a local speed shop to custom fab some headers for it, clifford headers are a expensive lol. Stepside????? Do you have a Chevy bed on your truck?  Utiline bed....  Definitely rid yourself of the lean-burn ignition, and that 1 bbl. Nice looking truck! -S/6 |
