Kevin and I will be sitting this year out for the Vegas mopars event. He's been working so hard on his dart and lord help us he's got alot into it!!!  Plan on us being there in 2011 and also a few of the 2010 events in Oregon and the upper part of California. The car should be ready for those events. Everyone please take care and know we are there with you in spirit. We had a blast with you all last year in Vegas!! Keep us posted. Debbie |

Saveing my pennies to try and make it down there! Need to defend last years win, also need to get the supercharger plumbed in but there's plenty of time for that  !!TF |

Make sure to visit the Mopars at the Strip web site. JP Motorsports lost their Chrysler-Jeep etc.. dealerships in Utah to the corporate cut backs that came with the bail-out. There is a Paragraph about it and a link on the main MATS web page. Not to spread doom and gloom, but beyond 2010 it may be winding down. I sure hope not!  CJ |

I had someone ask me Tuesday & I hadn't checked the site & gave them the old date. I got another e-mail yesterday with the update & checked the MATS site. Sure enough it had changed. Had to update my earlier reply. I had seen this post going so passed along the update. |

How many cars are definitely running here? I am seriously considering attending this event. I'm just not sure if I'm out there far enough to drive a 47 year old car 2500 miles, race it, then drive 2500 miles home. Is everyone staying at the same place? |

You can do a "Big D"...where you fly in, rent a mopar from the Avis/Hertz,etc... and cheese off the competition by running a rental all day at MATS!!!!LOL... -D.Idiot |

Most stay at the Super 8 across from Nellis. I have a heavy training schedule with the new job, so don't know if I'll make it this year. I'm going to try though!  CJ |
