Hi all,
I realized that I've never showed my car to you, so here it is!!! Hope you like it!!! I looks basically stock, only I change to a black out hood, and fatter tires, everything else is stock looking.

This R/T came standard with a Holley 2300, but I swithched for a Valiant III GT 2x1bbl setup (same as your Offy intake). I used a variable length Summit fuel line and a custom fabricated linkage

o yeah .. that funny looking guy holding a beer it's me!!!

Hope you have a good time building up a new Slant for the car, and I hope we can help out some.

Best,

I like that a lot. Interesting that it has power brakes, but manual steering. Most US delivered Chrysler products I've seen got power steering before power brakes.

Good thing to notice! Thats because they thought of the power brakes as a safety addition and by 1970 chyrsler put them an almost 90% of their production.
The power steering was an optional addition for the RT, Polara & GTX, but standard on the Coronado.

Thanks for all your comments! :D

Looks Great!!!!! I think it almost looks like the mid year style Barracudas.
I really like the look. So what is the goal on the new slant?

Thanks for all your comments!!!

66aCUDA: For the new Slant I expect a very hot street engine. Up to now I'm still collecting parts, I think early next year I'll be able to start putting all things together. I'll start a new thread on my new engine to take any suggestions on the best possible build with the parts I have.

Is it just me or did other countries get cooler mopars than us back in USA? That car is cool, the Valient from Africa is cool, he's even got square headlites on the Polara GT, my '74 Dart dosen't have them.
Very cool car, and nice resto job.

Thanks for all your good comments on my Dodge!!! :D

It's not that other countries receive cooler cars, it is just that what the other have seems cooler most of the time!!! LOL

You know I can't stop dreaming about the Super Bees, Chargers, Challengers, Darts, Demon and so on and hero you think that this and the african Valiant are cooler than americans ...

I think all are the coolest cars!!! MOPAR rules all around the world!!!!!
