As I promise in other post here is other of our Valiants. The vehicle I am showing you, the owner and restorer is my brother Ricardo Peralta, a true lover of the Valiants here in Mexico. He found it in a car lot in the city of Leon, Guanajuato. It is a 1960 Valiant V-200 american built, with its original 170 engine, and some vestiges of the doors wardrobe . The most interesting was that since he bought the car in december 2001, immediately began to appear many parts to restore it, (assuming that this model did not reach Mexico), the engine with aluminum intake manifold, the gearbox, differential, some interior accessories like the radio (with functioning bulbs) are original. He completely redid the seats, which did not exist in the car. We prefer to use individual bucket seats instead of the bench one, because of the view we wanted to achieve, using garment design patterns of the 60-61 Valiant seats. The more exotic of the car and one item most people ask us where we find that rare, is the audio equipment, a 45 rpm Mopar record player, optional equipment of the time that my father bought in Tucson Arizona in 1965 for his 1962 Valiant and it works perfectly. We chose to leave the restoration as close to the original view, In other post my brother will describe some specifications of the car. I hope you enjoy the car. Greetings from Mexico. :)

¡Le aplaudo! Image Image Estas fotos me hacen sonreír. Gracias por compartirlos. I really like the way the front seats came out. They appear to belong there.
