1972 valiant. torsion bar snapped out of frame. should i fix it or junk it.

This can be fixed. Auto Rust Specialists (see Mopar mags for ad) has frame repair sections. Would need to know more about your car to see if it's worth fixing. Probably cost you $200-400 depending on what kind of welder/shop you can find to do the work, or it'll be less if you can do the welding.
