I guess I should probably post on the tranny page but what the poo. I was wondering if of any you guys race with an auto. I just got into the whole slanting thing and I was just wondering.

Yes in deed, when it comes to Drag Racing, most everyone (except the crazy few) use an automatic trans. The "game" at the Dragstrip these days is bracket racing and "running on the clock" so an auto trans helps keep the car consistant. I have raced with one of thoses things for 10 years and the only problem I had was rasing the money for the 10" torque converter. Than I went crazy.
