I finally got most of the leak problems with my carb fixed. She runs so smooth now. 40 psi of Oil pressure at idle around 600 rpm. I also tested the vacuum. Is 18-20" within Spec?

Those are pretty typical numbers for a stock motor in good shape and tune.

About what you want to see, try giving it a little more timing advance, that may get you a bit more idle vacuum.
