Couple things are different

Wisco is a forged piston, with a compression height of 1.625,
KB 239 is a hypereutectic heat treated piston, compression height of 1.594

both have valve pockets, skirt coatings, spiro lock retainers, use thin metric rings, advertise a .901 pin diameter
