Red. There may have been some blue motors in '68 cars, it was supposed to be a transition year as '69 motors were blue, but all I have ever seen are RED.

Mine is Blue right now. I just pulled it today, I know my car is a spring-special car. On the fender tag under the Assembly Date is the code A31. I forget ehat this means and I gave my GG decoding books to a friend to use.

Well my car was made on Tuesday October 31, 1967. Im guessing that it is supposed to be red. Where can I get the paint for it?

The closest I have found is by Dupli-Color. It's called Chrysler Industrial Red and it's closer to the original than the red you get from Chrysler. Most auto parts stores carry it. I got mine in AutoZone and Pep Boys.

I have also used Dupli-Color. I like it. The Mopar Performance RED takes too long to completely dry, it's still tacky up to a week after the apply. You'll fingerprint up the motor when trying to continue work. The Dupli-Color was dry in 2 hours.
