has someone put front chassis from Aries,Shadow or even omni complete suspension with stering and inner fenders? how much weight gain is there? is it a cheap way foer better brakes and better handling? or total rubbish? |

Most of the Slant racers just put their SL6 engine into the smaller car rather then mess with putting the later strut suspension under the A-Body. DD |

Hey, Doc....along those lines....do they continue to use the front struts, or convert to a coil-over shock setup? Reason I'm asking is that I picked up a reasonably solid, '81 Challenger that I want to put together as a dedicated drag car, rather than trying to compromise between street & strip. Roger |
