The V10 in the Viper is a 360 with a couple of cylinders appended. |

Is it actually that simple? I read it was based on the LA engines but didn't know it was the same. Kind of like how the 3.9L V6 used in Dakotas is just a 318 with 2 less cylinders? |

I would be a little surprised if the V10 were not a 72 degree engine. I think that is what you need for best balance on a 5X2 = 10 cyl engine. So, it could be a 360 with 2 extras and an angle change?? Lou |
