I will be starting to open up the RedLine manifold I have to get a little larger port size. Can anyone recommend a decent place to get aluminum burrs. As always price is a factor. Plus I'm not going to use them much. It may be a one time deal. Thanks |

Maybe try these: https://www.amazon.com/TEMO-Aluminum-CA ... B00385NKW4 I just did a web search for carbide aluminum cutter. I believe you can also try a standard carbide burr /rotary file with cutting fluid. I am not certain on either but might give you a starting point. Greg |

Yes that is one I was looking at too. Probably for all the more I am doing I can try the ones I have. I may just buy one or two different shapes and call it a day. Thanks! Rick |

Yes, in fact years ago Doc told me use wax with the burr to keep the aluminum from taffying and fouling the burr. It's a slow process but does work... I think if I needed to hog out a fair amount of material I'd look for a burr with a coarser/ aggressive set of teeth than what the typical burr has on it... |

Set of Harbor Freight cutters and a couple cans of WD-40 and you're golden. |

Another suggestion might be Eastwood. I have used them and they worked very well. |
