Just wanting some recommendations on strut rods and upper control arms for my 65 valiant, race car. I plan to replace the struts and the Upper control arms and will start looking for parts soon. I want to eliminate any binding and help the car with lift and weight transfer. So I figure I will go to a Heim joint style UCA and strut. Would you go with an aluminum strut? Any brand rcommendations? Same with the UCA recommendations? Thanks! Rick |

I bought heim joint end uca's for Grüne Hölle.. I got them from Reilly Motorsports.. RMS Good parts. I have stock stuff in Ruster. Weight transfer is probably more in the shock tuning and rear springs and if you go to a stick things might be different still. Greg |

Reilly makes excellent stuff. If they don't make UCAs any more, go to Firmfeel next. You can get alum strut rods + heims (mancini?) and they are strong enough (even for my 64 Dart), but not super beefy. Actually, PM or email me because Mark C donated a set of alum struts to me and they are yours if you want them. Brand new. Lou |

RMS still shows adjustable (Heims) upper control arms for $349 a pair |
