Save yourself hassle and expense now and later: buy 10 RH-thread studs and 10 RH-thread nuts and convert the whole car to RH thread. That LH-thread-on-LH-side tic of Chrysler's was pointless and silly; everybody else used all RH-threaded lugs, and nobody else's wheels were falling off all by themselves—and neither were Chrysler's, when they finally gave up pretending they were right and everyone else in the whole wide world was wrong about this.

With all RH thread, you don't have to remember to be careful not to break stuff whenever you go to remove a left wheel. And you don't have to write paragraphs and hover and hope and pray if someone else will be touching the left wheels on the car (tire store…). It's just better with all RH threads.

Tire shops love to crank their impact wrenches up and bust those left hand studs off. I converted the Dart to all right hand studs around 2008.

I *might* have some spare LH ones (and nuts), but I agree switching to RH is better. I have a big can full of 7/16" lug nuts and studs and am thinking about giving away the whole (or almost the whole) thing.

If you are using them on the K-H Equipped Disc brake cars, the stud is different from that on the Drum Brake / Rear Axle flange part.

Dorman has the RH Studs available all day for both Disc and Drum.
