Andrew,

That looks beautiful. Have you tried it yet? How does it work? When does production start?

Nice job Andrew. What material did you use for the headers and what is the pipe ID?

The header has 1 7/8 piping and 1 half inch flange. The intake is made out of 1/2 inch alum. for the flange, 8th inch for the runners and the plenum, and 1/4 inch for the removable top pc. that the carb mounts on. I used stainless screws about 25 I think to bolt it to the plenum box. I plan on using a 1 inch spacer under the carb, but do you think I should try turning the carb? If so should I put the primaries toward the engine or away form it. I was thinking away but I would like some input on this. I did not run it yet, hopfuly monday I will. I will let you know!!!

Andrew,

Put the primaries away from the engine. Doug and others will agree with me that this is best for distribution and driveability. Have fun.

Hi Andrew,
Super job!! Very inspirational. You have helped
me with ideas for my turbo project.
[500 Caddy powered '67 chev pick up - two 301 TransAm turbos]

My NY resolution is to stay off of the web for
the month of Jan, and try to get it running.
I'll check back in Feb for posts, as well as
check you site. Keep up the good work.
