On the Holley 1920, can the acc pump be replaced or fixed if not working? And if so, is this something purchased in carb rebuild kit? Thanks, I've no idea of the answer on this.

The rebuild kit does have the new accelorator pump diaphram.
Check to see if the pump linkage is working, sometimes the plastic cam lever breaks and that can be fixed without opening the carb.
