I'm currently replacing my cracked exhaust manifold. I noticed I'm missing a couple of pieces of hardware: One brass washer, one triangular washer, and both castle nuts. Is there a source for new? I wouldn't mind replacing all the old stuff with new.

I do not know of any sources for new washers but the nuts and studs are carried by the Cox Brothers.
You can reuse the washers and nuts, I would just go to the junk yard and grab some.
