I have bought parts from him at last resort only because I can't find them anyplace else or he's the cheapest as he only has NOS.

And when I say the cheapest it's still alot more for the part then it should be.

That's Len Dawson's outfit. He's been at it for years, and while I still haven't sent in my first-ever order, I've been looking at his catalogues for most of two decades now, and keeping my eyes and ears open. I have yet to hear any of the kinds of warn-offs and bitter stories that circulate about the likes of Layson's and Mitchell's and Collector's Auto Supply.

abodybill: What do you mean when you say his parts are priced higher than they "should" be?

I belive a person selling the old parts NOS or what ever should make a fair profit.

But Len like the others take alot more then a fair profit and no such thing as a flat rate shipping and alot of the sellers are making money on the shipping to.

I know if they are up front on shipping it's my call but, what do you do if part is needeed?

Through he is never been/done me wrong ina purchase as Lawson's has.

Would I buy from Len again probably as he has the part needeed just have to bite the bullit and pay his price if I want the part or just let the car sit and look at the swapmeets and take achance and pay more maybe.
