Thought this would be as good a place as any to do my into

I just recently bought an '80 Volaré Coupe with a Super Six and rebuilt A904.

I used to own a '72 Dart 4dr, /6 that I swapped on a Super Six setup. That was fun, car ran a whopping 19.2

My goal is to swap in a V8 in the future but for now, I'll play with the /6 and see what I can do.

What I'm looking for is some cheap fun. I can play with the timing but beyond that, what other small/cheap/free things can I do to make this car a little more fun/fast?

Unless someone can convince me that Doing up a performance /6 (Turbo or otherwise) is cheaper than a V8, by all means I'll consider it
