L73 fuel pacer system= has a small white plastic vaccuum pod atttached to your driver's side wheel well behind the battery, should have a vaccuum line from the manifold to it and two wires leading to the driver's side fender mounted turn signal..if you're using too much gas pedal the driver's side turn signal will light until you let off the gas...if you've disabled it and not rerouted the wiring, the driver's side fender light will remain lit until you fix it or restore the 'fuel pacer' system

Was reading the wrong place for the build date. Oh well.

I'm not sure what the M38 Deck ornament treatment is. No Dodge emblem sticking up off or the hood (thankfully). It has Dodge stamped in the top of the chrome around the grill opening, but I think that's normal.

Yeah, I have those black rubber "bumpers" down the side of my car (for now). It also has a double pinstripe -sticker- the length of the crease just below the beltline...
