:?: Hello all. I've acquired a 1960 valiant with the 3 speed/floor shift. Was wondering is it worth it to put the 2bbl set-up on it, also I have found a p/s set-up but my head is not drilled to put the alt on the p/side. all constructive comments would be appreciated. I'm not looking to roast the tires but would like a little punch ...........Ps I also drive, daily a 62 Valiant, these 2 sure get lots of puzzled looks but the suspension might as well be from diff body styles.. I have many questions but will leave with those. Thanks, this looks to be a great resource for the mopar nut in YOUR family!!!!!!!!

60-61 Valiant & Lancer are pretty "different"...

I once ran into the early head / alturnator mounting issue and got around the problem with a special "L" shaped slider bracket. I mounted it to the water outlet bolt if I remember right.
