Car Model: 1965 Dart 270 w/ 66 Valiant front clip
I used a head off of a '73 198. Same as 225 head though. It was lighter than the previous peanut plug style head(1976) if you are into the weight savings thing...

well thanks, but after looking @ the info..I really did not see much diff on the early/late heads...will need to put hands on. seems that doug likes the 1968 up style heads.

It really doesn't matter much. Use what you have. There are really fast guys running any kind of head you can think of.
