Will, that looks like you have the starter in the high location with that block plate?

What blow proof are you using? If it is a V-8, how did the starter get up there?

Unless my old eyes deceive me the bellhousing is rotated right about 30 degrees.

Not really... If it was legal to modify a blow proof bell housing, this one was done in the eighties by a fellow slant six racer.
