There is a set of spindles from a 76 valiant on Ebay, would anyone know if they are a small bolt pattern by looking at the picture. there is no rotors with it.
search "mopar spindles" on ebay.com

If they are for discs, then they'll be for BBP. If for drums, they can be either 10" BBP or 9" SBP on the same spindle.

I've got a pair of good spindles for sale, they normally take the 11" rotors with 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. asking $100 bucks for them. They are your basic 73+ A-body spindles.

Thanks just the same but I would like to keep the small bolt pattern on my Valiant. I know it is way more expensive but I want to keep my rally's on there.

Check out the for sale section of the forum, someone was selling a SBP disc setup there not too long ago.
