I choose Napa over Autozone, from my personal experience they have what I need and have never had to return a part.

For new parts I prefer Autozone because they are cheaper. For rebuilt stuff they are both junk.

To true Dennis. I try to stay with the localy owned companys, usually for the better service. I use the large chain stores only for oil, chemicals and brake shoes (Raybestos). An Autozone opened up recently in my neck of the woods, and they do have good prices, they just don't know what a Satellite is (Is that a Ford?).

My local Autozone guy knows what a Satellite is,...he just wonders how I get into orbit to service it! I just tell him that I drive an old Mopar and it will go anywhere.

NAPA does sponsor Michael Waltrip and some of his commercials are pretty funny.
