Anyone have an idea of what the temperature difference is between the location of the stock coolant temp sensor and the coolant drain plug by the oil filter is?

I have run sensors at both places, and it seems to be 20-30 degrees cooler at the block plug. The factory sensor was put on the front of the head since that should be the hottest spot on the engine. I have been running my EFI with the block plug location, but I have a gauge on the stock head location for comparison.

Takes longer for the block plug location to heat up too - maybe 5-10 min more to stabilize at normal op temp.
